Year 2008 Annual Club Dues are now being accepted.

 Please make checks payable to the Fish Hawks in the amount of $30.00. Please return this completed renewal form with the dues to the Club Treasurer or mail to Fish Hawks, PO Box 700 Forked River, NJ 08731 no later than the December 31^st of this year.

 If dues are not paid by December 31^st, you fall under the category of, “member not in good standing”. A “member not in good standing” shall not be entitled to any Club privileges, shall not be entitled to vote, or hold office. 

If your dues are not paid as of the February meeting, the Board of Directors at the BOD February meeting shall vote you out of the Club. To rejoin, you must submit a new member application with a check for $40.00 Members not having paid their dues by the February meeting will not be included in this years Club Roster.
