A 13 lb Black fish caught on the "Rascal II " With Capt. George Ellmer at the helm and Capt. Al Keubler as the mate. Caught 14 blacks and 8 sea bass.in 70 foot of water...Water temp was 49.5 degrees on Thursday 4/17/2008. The 13 lb was caught by Jack and some 8lb and 5lb were caught by Al and Dave Long

We limited out today. (6-26-2008) Dave Martin's boat. Dave's biggest was 44 pounds. The rest were in the 30's .He also limited out. Great day except for the thick fog on our way home. Luckily we had radar. Paul Schell, Petey Segarra and Pete Segarra.

AL HOOKED THIS THRESHER SHARK, (8 FOOT LONG), 4 MILES OFF BARNEGAT LIGHT, AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF FIGHT, ON 20 LB BRAID LINE AND 20 POUND FLUOROCARBON LEADER. THE FISH WAS FINALLY GAFFED AND BROUGHT ABOARD.

October 1st I was doing some late night surf fishing off of the Barnegat Inlet North jetty. Around mid-night,
I caught a 43" - 26 lb striper.

This is the day after thanksgiving on the Charter Boat James Gang 21 Keeper black fish with high hook to Rocky and the fish were from 4lbs to 7lbs. Karl helped Rocky reel them in.

Karl, Eric, and Roy with some of the nicer fish we caught today. Karl's top fish was about 9 pounds.

I had 2 Outstanding Striper fishing days after Christmas; on Friday and Sat., Dec 26 and 27. Boated over 75 stripers and had 7 keepers with 4 fish over 30 inches. Largest was 34 inches and 25 lbs. Just a blast! I was off Bathing beach in 45 - 55 ft. with over a half mile of birds and huge school of stripers. Jigging or trolling; it was one after another. Some umbrella rigs had 4 stripers at one time.... Paul Schell
